MA Art Therapist | Contemporary Artist | Advocate for Survivors of Abuse

Some women find me through the art. Others through the therapy. Many through a quiet feeling that something inside them is ready to be heard.

However you found your way here, welcome. I’m really glad you did.

The Therapist

I’m a qualified Art Therapist, holding a Master of Arts in Art Therapy from LASALLE College of the Arts, University of the Arts Singapore. My practice is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and centred entirely around the women I work with.

Art therapy isn’t art class. It’s a clinically recognised therapeutic approach that uses the creative process to reach what words sometimes can’t. Grief, trauma, shame, and the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to hide. For so many women, it becomes the beginning of something life-changing.

The Artist

My art and my therapy work have always lived side by side. My abstract contemporary pieces are rooted in themes of healing, faith, and feminine strength, created from the same honest, unguarded place I invite my clients into.

I’ve been honoured to exhibit my work internationally, including in Milan, Barcelona, Monaco, Bangkok, Dubai, London, and Singapore, most recently at Naamras Singapore Expo 2026. Art has always been how I make sense of the world, and I hope it does the same for the women who bring it into their homes.

The Advocate

Since 2019 I’ve been running workshops and one-to-one sessions supporting women through creativity and self-expression. From 2022 that work grew into something even closer to my heart, advocating for survivors of abuse and women who have been silenced and told their story doesn’t matter.

It does. It always will.

I’m honoured to be part of the UN Women UK community and to have contributed to a UK documentary centring women’s stories. Being invited to speak on panels and platforms that amplify women’s voices is something I never take for granted. This advocacy isn’t separate from my work. It runs through everything I do.

The Mission

I’m here for the woman who is done just surviving and is ready to start reclaiming herself. Through one-to-one art therapy, workshops, courses, and original art, I want to offer something that feels both professional and deeply human. A space where you are genuinely seen.

This is the art of alignment. Healing the body. Reclaiming the self.

Based between Singapore and the UK, I work with women all over the world through online sessions.
